My craft was shaped in fine-dining kitchens and luxury hospitality, including Bourbon Steak at the Waldorf Astoria Dana Point and large-scale leadership where precision, calm, and consistency are non-negotiable. I launched J.Lux to offer something singular to private households: restaurant-level cuisine delivered with absolute discretion and zero friction.
My approach is product-driven and technique-led—French foundations, California seasonality, and clean, elegant execution. Every engagement is tailored: I align with your household rhythms, collaborate with estate managers and PAs, and manage sourcing, prep, service, and a pristine reset so your day remains uninterrupted.
