We specialize in exclusive, all-inclusive private chef services. Clients book Chef Joseph Fitt directly, and every experience is uniquely tailored. While offerings vary based on client needs, services may include:

How do I book J.Lux Dining?
To begin, please use the contact form on our website. After an initial consultation and preference intake, you’ll receive a custom proposal and availability options. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure bookings.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?
Yes. Every menu is 100% custom — crafted around your dietary needs, taste preferences, and lifestyle. From plant-based wellness to carnivore-forward elegance, we accommodate all requests including gluten-free, vegan, kosher, halal, low-FODMAP, and more.
Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?
Not at all. J.Lux Dining is fully mobile. We bring the tools, ingredients, and expertise required to deliver a seamless experience anywhere — whether in a vacation rental, on a yacht, or during a remote destination retreat. If you prefer to use your own plates, cookware, or servingware, we are happy to accommodate.
Do you offer additional staff for events?
Yes. We work with a curated roster of top-tier servers, bartenders, sommeliers, and event staff — built through years of experience in luxury hospitality. Staff can be added upon request during the planning phase.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. J.Lux Dining is fully insured and licensed to operate across land, sea, and air. Your safety, comfort, and peace of mind are non-negotiable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy respects your time and ours. Below is a brief overview:
Private Chef Services:
• 72+ hour notice: no fee
• 72–48 hours: 50% charge
• Under 48 hours: 100% chargePrivate Events:
• 7+ day notice: no fee
• 7–3 days: 50% charge
• Under 72 hours: 100% chargeMeal Prep Services:
• 48–24 hours: 25% fee

Do you share pricing?
Pricing is bespoke — no two clients are the same. Following your preference form and consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal. Groceries are always separate and paid for directly by the client.
Our services are offered by invitation only and subject to availability.
How far in advance should I book?
There is no required lead time — but availability is not guaranteed. Dates often book out months in advance, especially around holidays and travel seasons. We recommend reaching out early to discuss your needs.
Do you work with NDAs or private households?
Yes. We uphold the highest standards of discretion. NDA agreements are available upon request. We are experienced in working within UHNW households, family offices, and exclusive environments that demand complete privacy and professionalism.
Do you offer memberships or ongoing contracts?
Long-term contracts, recurring weekly chef service, and private memberships are available upon inquiry. Availability is limited. Contact us directly for bespoke arrangements.
